“You matter to God and you matter to us”

Looking Forward to Sunday…

The most recent worship bulletin, for Sunday, October 1st, has been posted on our website.

Our Hurricane Hymns Concert will be this Sunday, Oct. 1st at 2:00 pm at Cornerstone Community. All proceeds of the concert will support the relief work of the United Methodist Committee on Relief. You can view the announcement poster here.

The question behind Sunday’s message is Does God have total control? This question has an answer… we’ll look at Exodus 3:1-15 and recall Genesis 1.

This Sunday we celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion. We celebrate as a community with an Open Table– ALL are invited, ALL are welcomed, and ALL means ALL. We will be receiving the Sacrament seated in the pews.

Our Sunday School has resumed! The children again are divided into two levels: 4th grade and above will be taught by Jill and Virginia; 3rd grade and below will be taught by MaryAnne. The younger kids will be exploring the Bible– learning about the different parts and how to find verses. The older class will be diving deeper into sections of the Bible, beginning with Samuel.
