Sunday
Mornings Join us on Sunday
morning at 10:30 a.m. for our primary worship service. Our main entrance to
the Sanctuary is through the 3rd
Avenue doors at the south front of the building (on the right as you face
the building.
We are located on the corner of 3rd Avenue and 115th Street in Lansingburgh.
Church School classes for our children and youth begin at 10:30
a.m. as part of worship. The children sit with their parents or guardians for the first 15
minutes of Worship, then, following a "Time With Our Children" with the
Pastor, they are excused to their classes.
Worship is a blend of contemporary
and traditional with
prayers, hymns and songs, a choral anthem, scripture, and sermon. We
celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.
The service typically lasts approximately one hour.
We want you to be comfortable when
visiting us. Dress for worship is very broad and most all attire is acceptable.
Women tend to wear skirts, slacks, or dresses. Men often wear a variety shirts
and khakis or jeans to
sport coats, and some suits and ties. Come as you are to worship, and let us
welcome you as Christ has welcomed us.
